Carlos brings over 20 years of product, strategy, and AI experience from a Fortune 100 global technology hardware company and a Fortune 100 global networking technology company — where he led platform transformations, built SaaS business models from scratch, and managed product portfolios spanning security, AI, and professional services.

He's helped Fortune-ranked organizations — including a Fortune 10 healthcare company and a national auto club and member-services organization — launch and sunset enterprise CRM systems, restructure product lines into scalable modular frameworks, and build the as-a-service models that now generate recurring revenue at scale.

He currently leads the AI and security portfolio within a Fortune 100 technology company's Professional Services organization, building the Center of Excellence that defines how that organization delivers PS at scale. Tactiq exists to bring that same caliber of thinking to companies that can't access it otherwise.
